The Full registration fees include all Conference sessions 29-31 May 2023, it does include the Continuing Education Program. Please indicate your interest to attend. 

A Day registration includes all Conference sessions on one day (***conditions apply for the Day 1 program)

Continuing Education Registration is only for Day 1.

***Full registration fee automatically registers the delegate to attend the EMCR, YODSIG, DEMON sessions and keynote 1 on Day 1. 

Continuing Education sessions are tailored for General Practitioners, physicians, geriatricians, specialist physicians, psychiatrists and imaging specialists.

Delegates registering for the 3 days must indicate their interest to attend this session as seating is limited.

VIRTUAL REGISTRATION INCLUDES

Virtual Registrations are only available for the full program (not individual days). The Continuing Education Session may be purchased separately for clinicians including GP’s, specialist physicians, psychiatrists and imaging specialists, unable to attend in person or the full program.

 

Each registration includes access to:

  • A live-stream and/or on-demand access to all plenary and select concurrent sessions. 

  • Participation in live chat with other participants.

  • Participation in live Q&A with speakers where time allows.

  • Ability to participate in virtual networking.

  • Access to and interaction with virtual exhibition.

Plus post- conference on-demand access (2 months) to recordings of select virtual conference sessions.

The Day registration fees include all Conference sessions on one day as selected at registration. 

Cancellation and Refund Policy

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome. All cancellations or alterations to registration must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat – JT. Production Management. Cancellations made 30 days prior to the conference will be refunded 50% of the fees paid. No refunds will be made for cancellations after this date and any registrations with a balance remaining will be due in full. All refunds will be made at the conclusion of the conference. A No-Show will be deemed a cancellation, and the above policy applies.
